# Network

## Omni-chain future

We strongly believe in an omni-chain future and would be expanding network coverage as we see increasing adoption on other chains. So, we decided to build our home on Arbtrium as we see an array of advantages and opportunities, very compelling for our project's development.

By working on Arbitrum as the backbone of Parallax, we gain access to:

* Scalability, enabling our platform to handle increasing user demand without compromising performance
* Reduced transaction costs, allow better affordability and accessibility to a wider audience

We will explore development on other chains like zkSync, LayerZero in the later part of the roadmap.
